Privacy Policy

Details marked “To be confirmed” are not verified. This page is not a final legal notice until those items are resolved.
This notice describes the Belle Survivors V18 test build for Android and iOS, published under the Maravilla name. It describes the current implementation, not a future production release. For this website, read the website privacy notice.
To be confirmed before release. The operator’s legal name, address and jurisdiction, intended player age groups, and the final advertising configuration. This draft must be reviewed against the build actually distributed to players.
Playing and saving progress
Core gameplay works offline. The game stores progress, in-game currency, unlocks, records, the current run, reward records and preferences in local files on your device, including a recovery copy. V18 has no player account, sign-in, Maravilla cloud-save service or game-data upload backend. The current build does not process real-money purchases.
Local playtest metrics are enabled by default. These are a bounded record of gameplay events, choices, results and active play time kept with your save. They are not automatically uploaded. The “Local play notes” setting in Settings can disable recording and clear these metrics from the game’s primary and recovery saves. This setting does not control Google’s advertising or consent services.
Device backups and transfers may be handled separately by your operating system or backup provider. This notice does not promise that deleting an app also deletes those copies.
Optional advertising and Google services
Supported mobile builds integrate Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP). V18 is configured for Google sample rewarded ads, rather than production ad units. You choose whether to request an optional rewarded ad. Sample ads still use Google services; they do not mean that no information leaves your device.
When these SDKs communicate with Google, data can include your IP address and approximate location inferred from it; device or app identifiers; ad views and interactions; and crash, diagnostic and performance information. Depending on the platform, settings and available permissions, identifiers may include an Android advertising ID, app set ID or app- or developer-scoped identifiers. Google uses advertising SDK data to deliver and measure ads, perform analytics and prevent fraud.
UMP checks privacy requirements and manages consent messages and choices. These checks can contact Google when the game starts, before you choose to watch an ad. The packaged iOS UMP privacy manifest declares approximate-location, performance and interaction data for app functionality. The game waits for UMP’s permission to request ads; if the required native privacy integration is unavailable, ads remain unavailable.
V18 does not request Apple App Tracking Transparency permission. This does not mean that the Google SDKs process no data. Ad behavior and available privacy controls depend on your platform, region, consent choices and the publisher’s configuration.
Google explains its handling of information in its Privacy Policy and information about partner apps. See also its SDK disclosures for Android and iOS.
Your advertising choices
In Settings → Ad settings, use Privacy options when available to revisit the choices provided by Google. If a privacy check fails, the game offers a retry where supported. A privacy form is shown when required by the configured service; it is not guaranteed to appear in every region. You can also review advertising controls in your device settings. Choosing not to watch rewarded ads does not prevent you from playing the core game.
To be confirmed before release. Production consent messages, audience settings, any additional ad partners, regional notices and store privacy disclosures. The iOS integration has not yet been verified on a physical iOS device. This draft is not a certification of regulatory compliance.
Optional local notifications
Supported mobile builds offer optional reminders scheduled on your device. Enabling them uses the system’s notification permission where required. Notification permission, your on/off choice, reminder timing and delivery/open bookkeeping are stored locally. The reminder feature does not use a remote push-notification server or send a push token to Maravilla. You can turn reminders off in the game or in your device’s notification settings. Their availability depends on the mobile build and system permissions.
Other data and support
V18 has no separate remote analytics or crash-reporting integration beyond the Google services described above. It has no in-game AI service, chat, user-content upload or request for access to your contacts, microphone, camera, photos or precise location.
If you email Maravilla, we receive your email address, message and attachments so we can respond. Please send only the information needed to explain the issue. Opening the privacy notice or another external link also involves that website’s own data practices.
Storage, deletion and privacy requests
Game progress and settings remain in local app storage until changed or removed. Removing app data can permanently lose your progress. Maravilla cannot remotely recover or erase a local-only save. Google manages data received by its services under its own policies; uninstalling the game or clearing local metrics does not erase data already received by Google.
To ask about information Maravilla holds, or request access, correction or deletion, email [email protected]. Explain your request without including passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information.
To be confirmed. Support-message retention and access, processing locations, international-transfer safeguards, applicable legal bases, regional rights and request-handling procedures. We have not verified a fixed retention period for Google’s SDK data and do not promise one.
Children and age settings
Belle Survivors is being developed for a general audience. Its intended age groups, including whether children under 13 will be included, have not been finalized. This notice does not establish a minimum age or claim that parental consent has been obtained. If you have a concern about a child’s information, contact Maravilla at the address above.
To be confirmed before release. Target age groups, applicable child-directed and under-age-of-consent ad settings, store declarations and any necessary parental-consent safeguards.
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice and its date when the described practices change. Production ads, accounts, cloud saves or new data services require a fresh review before release.
